About the role
We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Bongiorno and Partners' in our Edgecliff office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to our busy practice.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and organised
Providing general administrative support, including data entry,ordering catering and project work
Assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, and appointments
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Preparing coffee and tea for clients
Assisting in-house staff events
Other adhoc tasks
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
Professional and friendly, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
