SFA Saniflo are based in Chatswood, are a market leader in the sanitary sector and sell a complete range of macerators, pumps and lifting stations designed for domestic and commercial applications.
We are looking for a special person to assist with running our AU/NZ Customer Service and Distribution desk.
This role requires an organised person with multi-tasking skills and the ability to enter orders, track consignments, pick, pack and despatch, answer telephone calls, respond to customers, email inquiries, and provide product knowledge to customers
You need to have a pleasant demeanour and a “can do” attitude to grow on the job as the business continues to grow.
An understanding and experience with order entry systems, consignment software, and customer service experience are essential.
Key tasks include:
Pick, Pack, despatch
Consignment creation and tracking
Product Knowledge - we will train you
Customer Service
Warehouse maintenance
Light duty product assembly
What you need to be successful is:
Previous experience in a similar job
Computer skills
Customer Service skills
Warehousing experience
Comfortable lifting up to twenty kilos
A current forklift license, or intend to get one.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4:00 pm
On the job training is provided
