What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and online channels.

Accurate data entry and verifications.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

What You Need:

Excellent eye for detail, we strive for 100% accuracy (Essential)

Experience in customer service / data entry. (Desirable)

Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

National Police Clearance

Ability to work from our Perth office

Preferred availability for 37.5 hours per week

Casual roles will be on-call during peak seasons
