Kaladé & Sunny Dé, two thriving Australian-owned eCommerce brands, are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Gold Coast warehouse team!We’re expanding and need energetic team players who are ready to jump in, ensure smooth warehouse operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
As a Warehouse Pick Packer & Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a key role in getting our orders out the door - packing orders with precision, maintaining stock, and helping our customers have a great experience.
Warehouse Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (This role is a Casual Role performed within these hours)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Packing & Processing Orders – Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with speed and precision
Customer Service – Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, assisting with order updates, tracking, and general queries.
Order Verification & Shipping Coordination – Ensure orders are packed correctly, labeled properly, and dispatched on time.
Quality Control – Inspect products before dispatch to maintain our high-quality standards.
Inventory Management – Restock and organise warehouse shelves to ensure smooth operations.
Returns & Exchanges – Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
Warehouse Maintenance – Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised.
What We’re Looking For:
Availability & Flexibility – You can work Casual Hours Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Great Communication Skills – Confidently interact with customers and team members.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using computers and online order systems, and quick to learn new tools.
Problem-Solver – Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations.
Detail-Oriented – Accuracy is key in packing orders, stock checks and returns.
Team Player & Self-Motivated – Positive, realiabilie and ready to contribute individually and as part of a team wherever needed.
Organised & Time-Efficient – Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Positive & Reliable – We love a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic!
