About the role:

This role is perfect for a FOH supervisor, assistant sommelier or assistant manager looking for a stable position with structured development within a established and growing hospitality group.

The primary focus of this role is leading services day to day, developing team members to ensure the best possible guest and staff experience, it is a hands-on role where you will be leading from the front and will not get bored.

You will have a documented development plan written specifically to help you achieve your goals, you will have the support of our operations management team to help you grow and be part of regular our in house (paid) leadership training sessions to give you the skills and knowledge to succeed.

About you:
You are someone who maintains high standards and is keen to grow. You are driven by the success of both yourself and others. You lead by example, have a vibrant personality, are professional and always well-presented.

You will have some experience in a fine dining restaurant environment, ideally in a leadership role. You will offer quality and consistency throughout every service with a strong customer focus and sales orientation.

You are a clear and concise communicator and you will have a focus on nurturing a respectful work environment.
