The ideal candidate

• People focused - you are a natural leader that invests in training, motivates teams and loves inspiring future leaders
• Leadership experience is essential - we are considering leaders of all levels that match our client briefs
• A leader who is all things customer service - passionate about nailing great service from a owner/brand perspective, building rapport with guests, and generating more returning customers
• Well presented, positive energy, can do attitude - we only want to speak with hands on, team players
• 1+ years Supervisor/Assistant Manager experience is desirable

• $63,000-80,000 + superannuation
• Some opportunities are days only roster, other rotating rosters
