We’re hiring an experienced Project Supervisor to lead the delivery of diverse construction and landscaping projects across Southeast Queensland. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director, playing a hands-on role in project delivery, team leadership, and operational coordination.

What you’ll be doing:

Supervise and manage a portfolio of building and landscaping projects – including commercial renovations, refurbishments, reactive maintenance, and external landscaping packages

Coordinate trades and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality delivery and safe site practices

Develop and manage schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Source and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance and quality

Lead toolbox talks, site inductions, and ensure WHS compliance across all projects

Act as the key site contact for clients, managing communication and reporting

Collaborate with internal teams to support quoting, resourcing and delivery

You’ll need:

Trade qualification – ideally Cert III in Carpentry

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand with exposure to both building and landscaping environments

Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously

Strong leadership and communication skills

Current driver’s licence and White Card
