As a Project Supervisor at Surepaint™, you won’t just babysit tradies — you’ll orchestrate multiple painting projects across Brisbane like a seasoned pro.

From juggling schedules and managing client expectations, to keeping our subs on track and projects running smooth, this is your time to shine.

You’ll:

Deliver exceptional client experiences that people actually rave about

Maintain full control of project scope, timelines, and colour selections

Use slick cloud-based software to stay on top of everything

Spot variations (and upsell them like a boss)

Drive production meetings with purpose

Fix problems before they even happen

Key Responsibilities (aka Your Jam):

Supervise multiple residential and commercial painting projects

Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors & internal teams

Track and maintain scope of work and ensure colours are locked in

Spot and communicate project variations (and show their value)

Drive production meetings and provide regular updates

Use cloud-based software to manage tasks, timelines, and team performance

Support procurement and look for opportunities to improve efficiency

Skills & Experience You Bring:

Solid WHS compliance knowledge

Strong leadership and team management track record

Eagle-eyed attention to quality control

Tech-comfy with sending documentation and using cloud tools

Able to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball

Excellent communicator (yes, even with difficult clients)

Outstanding customer service instincts and a cool head

Current “C” class driver’s licence (you’ll be on the move!)
