This favorable national civil contractor is a leading Tier 2 contractor with a focus predominantly on structures across Main Roads projects. Led by a team of highly skilled professionals within the industry, this contactor is experienced across multiple disciplines including roads, earthworks, drainage and concrete structures.

They have a number of major TMR projects valued anywhere between $50M - $400M across QLD. Due to a successful pipeline of work, they are currently looking to secure an experienced Structures Supervisor with a strong focus across TMR or similar projects delivering bridges. This Supervisor will be based in the North QLD region, or willing to relocate there.

Your job will be to coordinate the form workers / steel fixes ensuring that concrete pours and daily production rates are met. Also assisting with the coordination of plant and materials, while reporting to the project Superintendent and liaising with Engineers. Your duties include:

• Personnel & Subcontractor management
• Workplace Health & Safety initiatives
• Liaise closely with Management
• Ensure time & cost objectives are met for project deliverables

We are ideally looking for a Site Supervisor with over five years’ structural experience, delivering bridges is required. Also required is experience on projects with similar main roads specifications, TMR or local council Authorities. Happy to look at someone coming up through the ranks from: Operator, Labourer to Leading Hand and now Foreman.
