We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and qualified Building Supervisor to join our team.

Vizbuild is a leading construction company specializing in insurance repairs, renovations and extensions across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our team and assist with a range of projects.

As a Supervisor you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Your proven management skills will assist you in ensuring your projects are managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service and compliance.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to):

Management of multiple projects simultaneously from commencement to completion

Onsite meetings with clients, estimating, reporting and determining the scope of works

Scheduling and managing trades to ensure works are completed to a high standard

Communicate regularly with clients, trades, and the internal team in an effective and timely manner

Ensure works are completed within the timeframes specified and within budget

Problem solve and communicate any issues that may arise to all relevant parties

The successful applicant will possess the following:

QBCC Supervisor license

Previous experience in a supervisor role

A trade qualification

A solid understanding of complex residential construction and repairs

Experience estimating and report writing

Comprehensive understanding of the building codes and safety standards

Valid driver’s license and white card

Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised

Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills
