Our Client:

Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible track record in medium - high density developments, and planned communities.

The Role:

Working in the Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments side of the business, this position will be working alongside 2 x established Marketing team members. Based onsite (Inner West), you will play a pivotal part in project marketing activities.

Duties will include:

• Coordinating the output of marketing materials and collateral
• Creating marketing campaigns and directly managing the company’s external service providers
• Execute advertising, PR and media strategies to ensure maximum engagement
• Assist with community and stakeholder plans
• Coordinate, promote and manage events
• Providing input to annual plans and budgets (budget maintenance)
• Periodic reporting to management and calculation of ROI

Specific Requirements:

• Must have marketing experience with a Property Developer or in Real Estate (2+ years)
• Experience in Digital Marketing / managing Socials and Adobe Creative Suites
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Property preferred
• Sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills
