The Role:

• Provision of superior level support for sales agents
• Working between offices in Kingsford, Coogee, Malabar & Mascot
• Preparing Agency Agreement’s (when required) REI; DocuSign
• Processing AAs
• Process New Listings - AgentBox
• Correspondence – general from listing to exchange stage
• Sending properties LIVE
• Preparing property marketing through Adpak portal
• Process Exchanges – only processing – not actual execution
• Office administrative duties as required.
• Update open homes in AgentBox
• Auction Boxes
• Marketing schedules
• Agency agreement prep and send
• Exchanges prep and send
• Some Agent marketing
• Some Agent EDMs (their database)
• Prep new listings and send listings LIVE

Marketing duties:

• Analytic reports
• REA & DOMAIN pricing requests, downgrades, bumps
• Social Posts – Sold, JL
• JL Brochure
• JS Brochure

Ad Hoc Marketing:

• Bespoke signboards
• Canvassing

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Real Estate marketing position is essential
• Must be willing to help out and be a team player
• Organised, reliable and be willing to perform a diverse range of tasks
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Great attention to detail is essential along with integrity and trustworthiness
• Strong computer skills
