The Role

We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Project Coordinator to help plan, manage, and deliver our landscape construction projects. If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy a balance between office and site work, we want to hear from you! As Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously throughout the full project lifecycle – from tender review through to handover. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Review tenders and quotations to assess project viability

Develop project schedules, budgets, and plans with stakeholders

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials

Conduct site visits to ensure smooth execution

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate project teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations

Support and mentor team members to promote professional growth

Client Management

Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Implement quality control processes to meet industry standards

Ensure safety protocols, permits, and regulations are followed

Financial Management

Monitor budgets, track costs, and provide weekly accurate reporting on progress

Assist with cost estimation and ensure projects stay financially on track

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate project risks early

Resolve on-site and scheduling issues promptly

About You

Proven experience in construction or landscaping project coordination

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines and priorities

Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and procurement

Comfortable working on-site and in-office

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

White Card and valid driver’s licence required
