Essential Requirements:

✅ Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
✅ Hold relevant qualifications in the subject area(s) being assessed
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of recent industry experience in the field of assessment
✅ Strong understanding of compliance, competency-based assessment, and RTO standards
✅ High attention to detail, professional integrity, and excellent communication skills
