Sense Therapies is a community focused Paediatric Allied Health clinic based in beautiful Bulli in the Illawarra. We are a dynamic team of 22 health professionals and support staff working together to deliver high quality care for both our local community and communities across New Zealand and Australia who participate in our Sense Team Sports programs.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to work closely with our Directors to complete the following roles:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations

Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and follow-ups

Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports

Process payroll and superannuation in compliance with Australian laws and awards

Maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software

Support compliance with ATO obligations, including BAS, PAYG, and GST

Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and other stakeholders as required

Contribute to process improvements and financial procedures

Liaise with staff & Directors to assist in daily financial decision making

Track and liaise with staff & Directors regarding staff utilization rates
