The Beauty Brow Parlour has more than 80 stores across Australia where our beauty experts are crafting perfect eyebrows and contoured lashes.

We are looking for a Part Time Finance Officer to join our Finance Team.

Applicants with the following experience will achieve success in this role:

· Bookkeeping in a fast-paced environment

· Payroll in a multi-site large workforce

· Strong Excel and reconciliation skills

· Current experience using Sage/Micropay

The Beauty Brow Parlour is a beehive of multiculturalism and our staff members are from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Middel East etc. So experience in a similar setting is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and update AP/AR + general ledger

· Process payroll and WorkCover-related expenses

· Conduct payroll audits

· Submit Single Touch Payroll (STP) reports to the ATO

· Generate payroll bank files.

· Reconcile bank statements.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.

· Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

· Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Proficiency in MYOB and SAGE/Micropay

· Strong knowledge of Australian accounting principles

· Australian Bachelors Qualification in Accounting/Finance

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
