If you’re the Senior Recruitment & Mobilization Coordinator we’re looking for, you’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and a great communicator.

You’ll have a quiet confidence, be organised, and excel in managing recruitment & mobilization operations.

You’d describe yourself as friendly, adaptable, and someone who can be counted on by your team.

You’ll enjoy working independently while also collaborating with management to support decision-making through your recruitment acumen and insights.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar roles including HD Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Servicemen & more.

Advertise on various platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, HMEC website and others.

Conduct face-to-face and phone interviews with candidates, in-depth assessments & reference checks.

Manage employment offers & onboarding processes

Develop & maintain talent pipelines for future workforce planning

Collaborating with management to provide insights into new recruiting initiatives to support decision-making

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company & customer policies

Reverse marketing existing employees & new candidates to our existing and new clients

Data entry in CRM.

Build strong relationships with internal teams & external clients

Travel to sites & various locations. Represent HMEC at conferences & industry events to build the company's presence & attract top talent

Contribute to continuous improvement of the business

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

Proven experience in recruiting & mobilization of MEM Trade roles in the civil & mining industry.

Worked with businesses similar to HMEC in the past - ESSENTIAL

Expertise in CRM & Recruiting software managing pipelines.

Strong work ethic and excellent morals and ethics towards dealing with people.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience managing offer & contract negotiations

A knack for working independently and as part of a team.

Business Development history will be highly regarded & rewarded
