Mobilisation Coordinator – Maternity Leave Cover (Potential for Ongoing Role)

Location: Canning Vale | Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month maternity leave contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent position depending on business growth and tender outcomes.

About the Role
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting workforce mobilisation for site-based operations. From coordinating travel and accommodation to ensuring compliance and readiness for site deployment, you’ll be central to the smooth delivery of projects across our operations.

The current coordinator will be commencing leave mid-June. To ensure a seamless transition, we’re looking for someone who can join ASAP for a thorough handover and onboarding period.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobilisation logistics including flights, accommodation, and site access
• Liaise with internal teams, site supervisors, and external suppliers
• Manage last-minute changes and out-of-hours requirements with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mobilisation processes
• Support the broader operations team with general administrative coordination as needed

About You

• Proven experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, or similar operational support role
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
• A team player with a solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable with occasional out-of-hours responsibilities (with time in lieu offered to balance workload)
