🔥 Are you a confident communicator who can build instant rapport and move people to action over the phone?

We are looking for an exceptional Phone Setter to join our world-class remote team.

This is NOT a telemarketing role. We are entrusting you with our valuable leads and expect you to build rapport, personalise communications and have genuine but results-driven conversations with potential clients.

LOCATION: Fully Remote (Only those with full working rights in Australia)
WORK TYPE: Contract, Trial-to-Permanent
DAYS REQUIRED: Monday to Friday, full-time working capacity required.
EARNINGS: $60,000 AUD annual retainer (paid monthly) plus commissions.
OTE of $80,000–$110,000+ AUD (based on KPI incentives)

🎯 The Role

Conduct inbound qualification calls with warm leads

Contribute to the financial outcomes of the Company by improving our key metrics; including, but not limited to:

Number of qualified bookings

Lead quality

Show up rates

Book or confirm highly qualified appointments into our sales team's calendars

Build trust and rapport quickly over the phone

Continue ongoing genuine conversations with potential clients

Follow up potential clients and ensure strong connection maintained before their booked calls

Follow call scripts, frameworks, and best practices — while bringing your unique style

Maintain CRM accuracy and consistently hit KPIs and performance metrics

Prior setting or phone sales experience is ideal, but we value attitude and drive above all

✅ The Successful Candidate Must:

Preferably have experience as a Phone Setter in a high-ticket or high-performance sales environment (preferred but not essential);

Have an incredible eye for detail – nothing gets past you, from typos to tone to funnel breaks;

Are a native or fluent English speaker with a strong grasp of tone, nuance, and emotional intelligence — you know how to carry a conversation that’s casual, warm, and human, while still driving toward a result with clear intent;

Are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented – if something isn’t working, you don’t wait, you bring it up with the right people to get it fixed asap;

Understand how to use metrics and KPIs to assess your own performance and make high-impact decisions;

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, remote team – we work hard, we move fast, we celebrate results;

Are self-led – you don’t need to be handheld, micromanaged or pushed to perform; and

Have a professional home office setup with high-speed internet and reliable computer/laptop.

Daily and weekly performance tracked and optimised

Phone conversations that align with our brand voice and drive quality applications

KPIs exceeded across speed-to-lead and response rate, conversation-to-call ratio, show-up rate and set-to-close rate

Pipeline issues identified early and resolved quickly

Improved lead quality through careful vetting and communications

Closer diaries filled with high quality, warm leads who feel connected and secure with our brand thanks to your prior phone conversations with them.
