Barry Plant Geelong is seeking a reliable and driven Real Estate Assistant to work one-on-one with a high-performing sales agent. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where no two days are the same—and your impact is truly valued.

In this role, you will:
Manage calls, emails, appointments, and client communication
Prepare contracts and general admin support
Assist at open homes and inspections
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
Stay on top of key tasks using real estate software and tools

What we’re looking for:
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Exceptional organisation and time management
A calm, professional approach in a fast-paced setting
A current Agents Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
