About the Role

We seek a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our friendly and professional front office team. This pivotal role is primarily phone-based and combines sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is driven to meet KPIs whilst enjoying a fast-paced and changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Answer incoming phone calls and handle email inquiries through our CRM and Ticketing system

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.

Proactive Sales Efforts:

Call existing customers to maintain and strengthen relationships.

Reach out to warm leads to introduce services and secure new business.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Order Processing:

Prepare and process client orders, including quotes and invoices, with accuracy and attention to detail.

Sales Growth:

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Actively seek ways to improve sales techniques and overall performance.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders.

Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.

Provide clients with expert advice to maintain a competitive edge.

Administrative Support:

Maintain records and manage data in Xero and Excel.

Perform other administrative tasks as required to support team operations.
