We’ve partnered with a well-established Tier 2 commercial builder with an outstanding reputation in the education, health, and government sectors. Due to a strong pipeline and internal growth, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a newly awarded $28M VSBA project based in Melbourne’s west.

Starting in May, you’ll be part of a capable delivery team managing the construction of a two-storey, dual-building school facility, including a sports stadium and home economics centre. You’ll work alongside another seasoned Site Manager to share responsibility across key program areas.

The Role:
• Oversee daily site activities, trades, and safety compliance
• Manage programming, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure quality delivery, site presentation, and staged handovers
• Collaborate closely with the PM, consultants, and VSBA stakeholders
• Drive a culture of respect, safety, and performance on site.

What You’ll Bring:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• Background in school, government, or institutional builds preferred
• Strong understanding of OH&S, site coordination, and programming
• Natural leadership style that fosters accountability and teamwork
• All relevant industry tickets (White Card, First Aid, etc.)
