Great opportunity for a proven SME Banker with broker portfolio management to join this Tier One Bank's broker team & drive growth of SME lending including home loans. You will be provided a portfolio of circa 30-40 top broker introducers to service and drive loan applications to meet targets. To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Proven Australian Bank SME lending experience with preference for someone having already managed brokers
• Possess strong small business credit assessment & loan structuring across a diverse client sector, able to analyse business financials to determine viability & capacity to service
• Be a working capital specialist with a geniune passion for the SME market
• Demonstrate ability to manage demanding yet highly regarded brokers to ensure quality of their client applications & deal gets through approval to funded process
• Possess strong engagement & interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to present to broker groups
• Hold strong influencing & negotiation skills with internal stakeholders as well as brokers
• Be someone who holds themselves to account to deliver a high level of service and achieve expectations
