This is a hands-on and strategic People & Culture Manager role leading the HR function for a high-growth, wellness-focused consumer brand. You'll partner closely with leadership to drive culture, performance, and employee experience across a young, fast-paced, and globally scaling business.

Our client is a rapidly growing global health and wellness brand, known for its innovative products, strong influencer presence, and bold approach to consumer engagement. Since launching in 2012, they've built a loyal community through high-quality supplements, ready-to-drink products, and now expanding into nutrition and functional food. With 115 employees globally (65 in ANZ), the business is scaling quickly and making serious moves in retail and online markets.

Description

We're seeking a People & Culture Manager to join the Australian leadership team. Reporting to a senior member of the executive team, you'll lead the full HR function across ANZ, managing two direct reports (an HR Advisor and Office Coordinator), and act as a strategic partner to the business as it continues its high-growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities:

Lead all people functions across the region, including employee relations, performance, talent, L&D, compliance, and payroll

Develop and embed a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance

Manage recruitment across commercial, corporate, and technical roles

Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and succession

Mentor the existing team and support capability uplift across the business

Drive change and support leaders through a scale-up journey

Collaborate with global HR peers across the US and Asia

This is a broad, hands-on and strategic role-perfect for someone who loves variety and wants to help shape a business during a pivotal growth phase. You'll be based in their City Sydney office four days a week, with one set day WFH.

Profile

7+ years in HR or P&C roles, including leadership experience

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice

Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment (FMCG or consumer brands preferred)

A genuine passion for health, wellness, and culture-led business

  • Experience working with multi generational workforce (including Gen Z)

Job Offer

$150,000 to $180,000 salary + super

Inner-city office with 1 WFH day
