Background

Quipco is a privately owned equipment hire business based in Toowoomba which has the largest fleet of portable toilets for rent in the region ranging from construction site toilets to amenities and cleaning services at some of the best events in the Toowoomba and surrounding regions.

It's an exciting time with the business well positioned for growth and Quipco is seeking a leading hand to support the Operations Manager to deliver the exceptional service and products that we are known for.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

· Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

· Implement and monitor processes to improve workflow using the task management software, reduce downtime, and minimise waste.

· Lead and motivate team members to maintain a productive and safe working environment

· Monitor and manage supply of consumables

· Ensure assets are maintained and ready for establishment at events including liaising with the Operations Manager when repairs/maintenance require outsourcing to external providers

· Ensure customer needs and expectations are met by overseeing quality control, service delivery standards

· Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate

An ideal candidate may have the following:

· 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in the hire, waste, or cleaning industry

· Experience managing maintenance and repair requirements of rental stock

· Manual driver’s licence, MR driver’s licence and forklift licence

· Strong communication skills and belief in the value of quality customer service

· Organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and keen attention to detail

· Experience with Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook) and an ability to learn and navigate new software

Licences & Qualifications:

• Manual driving licence

• Current forklift licence

• HR driving licence
