ELECTRICIAN LEADING HAND

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician Leading Hand to join our growing team at ONN1. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our electrical services to residential and commercial construction projects.

We are currently looking for an Electrician Leading Hand who can manage and oversee minor projects and small teams of people. You will get the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of work environments and develop a pathway that suits you, with the opportunity to advance into the offshore industry.

About the role:

Leading small teams and taking ownership of projects, assisting the coordination team with job preparation & execution.

Field service, installation and commissioning on a variety of sites.

Liaise with Clients and on-site contacts to ensure that all site requirements are met and projects are tracking as necessary.

Maintain a high level of commitment to workplace health and safety, ensuring that safety requirements are met throughout the scope of work.

Ensure that job records are completed within a timely manner and to a high standard.

This role will include ongoing offshore, remote & metro work.

About you:

To be successful in the role, the following qualifications, skills and experience are required:

Ability to manage jobs to ensure timely delivery and high standard of work.

Great written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated and a keen desire to learn.

Minimum 3 years as a qualified tradesperson.

Previous experience in a supervisor or leading hand role is desirable but not essential.

Unrestricted WA Electrical License.

EEHA Certification

Current drivers licence.

Current LV Rescue & CPR Certificate
