About the Role
Due to continued growth, Asphaltech is seeking a motivated Estimator to join our Victorian team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is looking to build a long-term career with genuine growth opportunities within our organisation. The Estimator will work closely with our operational and leadership teams, with potential to also assist in marketing initiatives and client management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of accurate and competitive asphalt project estimates.

Analysis of tender documentation and client requirements.

Liaison with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Supporting business development activities, including marketing and client engagement.

Contributing to tender submissions and presentations.

Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

What We're Looking For

Experience in civil construction estimating (asphalt, roads or pavements preferred).

Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.

A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to contribute to broader business development activities.

A desire to grow with the company and build a long-term career.

What We Offer
