Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for Commercial and Industrial construction projects.

Review project documentation including drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure precise understanding and coverage of scope.

Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for labor, materials, and equipment.

Manage and coordinate multiple tenders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Engage with key stakeholders to clarify requirements and present cost proposals.

Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving strategies.

Maintain current knowledge of industry pricing, trends, and subcontractor/supplier capabilities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator within the industrial or commercial construction sectors.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and pricing structures.

Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation with precision.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
