We are partnering with a well-established and reputable commercial joinery company in Melbourne that delivers high-quality work across commercial fit-out projects. With a supportive team culture and strong pipeline of work, they’re now looking to grow their estimating team.

Whether you're an experienced estimator in commercial joinery, or someone with a trade background in cabinet making or shopfitting looking to get off the tools and learn estimating, this is for you. Full training on process and software is provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Review tender documents and prepare accurate joinery estimates

Read and interpret plans, complete material take-offs

Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors

Work closely with project managers to hand over

Continue learning and growing with the team

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of joinery/cabinet making

Trade background (cabinet making/shopfitting) is a bonus

Experience reading drawings and completing take-offs

Comfortable using computers and estimating software

Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
