As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. This role requires an initiative-taking approach to account management, a thorough understanding of client objectives, and the ability to deliver packaging solutions that enhance their products in the market.

About the role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and our internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account performance and discuss upcoming projects or changes.
• Collaborate with the internal team to create comprehensive proposals tailored to client requirements.

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in B2B
• Experience in industries such as packaging, distribution, and manufacturing, Industrial or FMCG is highly regarded .
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven record in increasing gross margin stream via existing or new customers.
• Persuasive communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
