All-Rounder – Sales & Client Support: Grow with Prime Fire Supplies

Location: Smeaton Grange, NSW | Full-Time

We are scaling and are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and growth-driven All-Rounder to join our small team. This role is integral to our operations, being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers while also actively assisting in building the client base by handling inbound inquiries, following up leads, preparing quotes, and supporting the sales process from first contact to close.

This opportunity is perfect for a sales-driven all-rounder: someone who’s comfortable generating new business, managing client communications, and supporting operational workflows to help the company grow.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors professionally

Responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, sending invoices, processing and following up leads

Supporting the sales process by chasing quotes and assisting with customer onboarding

Assisting with light warehouse tasks when needed (small team = everyone helps)

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and reception skills

Exposure to sales or quoting support

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball

Computer literacy (MS Office, MYOB experience is a bonus)

Ownership mindset — proactive, resourceful, and driven to add value

Exposure to the fire industry (or related sectors: construction, trades, or safety services) is highly valued, but not essential for fast learners with the right attitude.
