As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with our valued clients.

Position Overview:
This role is perfect for a results-driven professional with experience in sales and relationship development, within the roofing and/or construction industry (preferably). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential market and be skilled at identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Your ability to communicate the benefits of our services and tailor solutions to meet homeowners' needs will be the key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth – Identify, pursue, and secure new residential and commercial roofing projects, expanding our market reach.

Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers, and other key stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.

Lead Generation & Conversion – Proactively follow up on inquiries, conduct site visits, provide quotes, and close deals effectively.

Technical Sales Support – Utilise your knowledge of roofing solutions to advise clients on the best materials, styles, and options for their needs.

Market Expansion – Develop and execute strategies to reach new customers, ensuring steady business growth.

Brand Awareness – Represent Enhance Metal Roofing at industry events, networking functions, and community initiatives to strengthen our presence in the market.

Sales Reporting & Strategy – Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide insights to enhance our sales strategies.

Roof Inspections – Carry out roof inspections and complete roof reports to identify current and/or any potential issues

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, or account management within the construction or roofing sector.

Strong understanding of roofing solutions, materials, and customer pain points in the residential market.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to educate and influence clients.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet sales targets.

A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Current driver’s license and willingness to travel within and around the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Highland areas. With the potential to expand into other areas as the business grows.

Physically fit in order to carry out roof inspections.
