Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Branch Operations All-Rounder to support the daily operations of our NSW branch in Banksmeadow. This role combines internal sales, warehousing, freight coordination, and customer service. You'll be the anchor of the branch, providing essential support to both our local team and head office in QLD.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, your job is to make sure customers are looked after, stock is where it needs to be, and the branch runs smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Sales & Customer Service

Handle phone, email and walk-in enquiries

Process quotes and sales orders

Build relationships with trade customers and respond to technical queries

Warehouse Operations

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately

Receive and inspect incoming goods

Maintain clean and organised warehouse and showroom space

Assist with stocktakes and inventory control

Deliveries & Logistics

Organise freight bookings using online portals

Coordinate with freight providers for timely dispatch

Deliver local orders as required (company vehicle provided)

Branch Support

Monitor and replenish packaging and consumables

Assist with incoming and outgoing work orders

Support the QLD head office with inventory, admin, and customer updates

Provide feedback from customers to the broader sales team
