We are looking for experienced Sales & Customer Service Managers to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the dealership; From sales through to order fulfilment, we are looking for motivated all-rounder with sales and customer service focus.

The ideal candidate will have sales and customer service experience and a genuine interest in caravan & camping lifestyle.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, walk-in and convert to sales
• Fulfil customer quotes/orders and coordination of build and handover
• Ad-hoc administration duties relating to the dealership & showroom
• Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
• Ensure the showroom is set up and presentable for best customer experience
• Attendance at Caravan, 4X4 and Lifestyle Trade Shows
• Immerse in the Titanium Caravans Family culture
• Stay updated on new products and industry knowledge

Role Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service
• Genuine interest in caravanning and 4x4 lifestyle
• Can-do, positive attitude
• Problem solver
• Team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and show initiative
• Sound organisational and time management skills

This is a full time position, and some weekend work will be required.

Salary will be negotiated with successful candidate and will include a generous sales commission.
