About the role

Vogue Dental Studios is seeking an experienced treatment coordinator to join our close-knit team in Melbourne. This full-time role is integral to the smooth running of our dental practice, ensuring we deliver exceptional patient care and an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will oversee the flow and structure of the practice as well as being the first and main point of contact for our patients.

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring a high level of trust and care

· Effectively communicate with patients to understand their dental needs and concerns

· Presenting treatment plans with genuine care and empathy

· Collecting payment, assisting with payment plans and managing appointment books

· Collaborate with dentists to create personalised treatment plans for patients

· Managing the day to day operations of the practice, ensuring consistently high standards of patient care and customer service are met

· Excellent and demonstrated ability in sales and marketing

· Assisting with content creation to liaise and send to media team

· Obtaining patient feedback and areas of improvement

· Occasional Reception and front of house duties

What we're looking for
Minimum 2+ years experience in treatment coordination role within the dental industry
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Immaculately well-presented and energetic

· Proficient in using dental practice management software and technology

· High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset
