Key Responsibilities:

Be the face of Dental One – warmly welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.

Take ownership of patient growth by hitting KPIs and driving clinic performance.

Educate patients about their treatment options and facilitate payment plans.

Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Assist with phone inquiries, billing, and insurance claims.

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.

Step up as a leader – serve as Second-in-Charge (2IC) when the Practice Manager is unavailable.
