About the role

This full-time Treatment Coordinator & Receptionist role at Casey Smiles in Cranbourne VIC, offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic dental practice. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth running of the clinic.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome patients warmly, ensuring a positive customer experience

Schedule and coordinate patient General Anesthetic appointments, ensuring efficient workflow

Provide administrative support, including maintaining patient records and processing payments

Liaise with the dental team to communicate treatment plans and procedures to patients

Assist with treatment coordination, preparing patients for General Anesthetic procedures and ensuring a seamless patient journey

Promote the practice's services and products to patients

Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Receptionist in a dental or healthcare setting

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm and professional experience for patients

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in dental software and computer systems

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team

A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
