DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant with CERT111 qualifications who enjoys treatment planning with their patients?

Are you a team player and want to join a Management Team to learn new skills?

We are looking for a person who has Cert 111 qualifications in Dental Assisting to join our Management team. The position is full-time, working in our Moonee Ponds rooms. No weekends. We have a work culture where we support each other to learn new skills, provide a high standard of dentistry, whilst having fun at work. Full training will be provided in our systems and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Receptionist is the first contact point for patients at Smile In Style. As part of the dental team the Receptionist's role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This includes; treatment planning, coordinating the appointment books, staff breaks, steri and laboratory work if required while adhering to practice protocols, goals, and values. A through knowledge of Dentistry is required to be able to discuss Treatment Planning options with our patients.

SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS

• Cert 111 in Dental Assisting is essential
