Position Overview

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be a key player in guiding patients through their dental journey—from the first hello to starting treatment. You'll help patients understand their options, navigate financials, and feel supported every step of the way. You’ll also play a strategic role in marketing, helping to shape how we engage our community through social media and campaigns.

This is the perfect role for someone with a dental industry background, customer service, sales, or healthcare background who's ready to step into a more rewarding and patient care driven career—with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong, trusting relationships with patients

Present and “close” dental treatment plans with clarity and empathy

Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth scheduling

Support patients through financial arrangements and insurance queries

Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experience

Schedule and coordinate General Anaesthesia and IV sedation appointments

Manage social media channels and contribute to content strategy

Collaborate with marketing team on marketing campaigns to enhance patient engagement and referrals

Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within your role and the practice

Ideal Candidate Profile

We welcome individuals who bring emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a drive to make a difference in people’s lives. Ideal experience includes:

4–10 years in a client-facing role (e.g., sales, healthcare, hospitality, or coordination)

Confidence in presenting information and engaging others

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities with grace and organisation

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Comfort with social media and interest in marketing

A passion for patient care and a team-first attitude

Dental industry experience is desirable—full treatment coordination training will be provided to the right candidate.
