Treatment Coordinator| Permanent Full Time | Hills Location | 9 Day Fortnight | $75K + Super

A highly regarded, Hills based Orthodontic Clinic is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for their patients from initial consultation and throughout their treatment journey.

In this role, you will liaise between the Orthodontist and patients, assist with clinical treatments, and ensure effective communication of treatment progress. Responsibilities include explaining treatment plans and financials, managing dental imaging and patient booklets, and following the Orthodontist’s care recommendations. You’ll prioritise tasks efficiently, maintain accuracy, and work collaboratively with the team.

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, however full training will also be available to an individual with the right drive and initiative to learn and succeed in this role.
