We are seeking a highly capable individual for the role of Treatment Coordinator. This position is ideally suited to professionals with a strong background in dental industry, customer service, client relations, or sales who are now looking to transition into a purpose-driven healthcare role.

Position Overview

The Treatment Coordinator acts as a critical liaison between our clinical team and patients. The role involves providing personalised support to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment options, and facilitating a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

This role requires a strong service orientation, organisational capability, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

Establishing rapport and trust with new and returning patients

Communicating treatment plans with clarity and professionalism

Facilitating patient understanding of financial options and processes

Scheduling and coordinating appointments to align with treatment timelines

Maintaining a high standard of service and operational efficiency

Providing administrative and communication support to the clinical team

Candidate Profile

Ideal attributes and experience include:

Minimum 4–10 years of experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role (e.g., customer service, sales, hospitality, patient coordination)

Proven experience building trust and rapport with diverse individuals

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and career development

A sincere interest in contributing to a purpose-driven healthcare environment

A formal tertiary qualification is not essential. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
