We’re seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth efforts in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities across industries needing product design and development

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly targets

Represent CRINNAC at industry events and conferences

Work closely with the director to shape CRINNAC’s go-to-market and partnership strategies

Requirements:

10–15 years’ experience in BDM, sales, or strategic partnerships roles

Existing client network in manufacturing, product development, or engineering sectors in Australia

Strong understanding of product design, prototyping, or hardware engineering

Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have:

Background in engineering or industrial design

Experience working in or with small, fast-moving companies or startups

Compensation:

Base retainer of $60,000–$90,000 p.a. (negotiable based on experience)

Commission on closed deals (standard industry rates, uncapped potential)
