About the Role:

Reporting to the National Parts Manager we are looking for our new Parts Supervisor NSW who will steer our NSW Parts Department toward excellence. As a dynamic Parts Supervisor, this role will ensure our Parts operations runs smoothly. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our local parts department and its operations as well as parts interpretation for Tadano Oceania’s nationwide parts business.

Responsibilities Include:

Inspire and guide your team to achieve parts performance targets and deliver top customer service

Oversee inventory by managing stock levels, track orders and ensure the right parts are always on hand

Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy in all parts-related activities

Work closely with Tadano customers and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations

Skills Required include:

Previous Experience in Parts Supervisory/Warehouse Manager position

Strong leadership skills

Effective problem-solving capability

Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, presentation, rapport building and business writing skills

Intermediate IT proficiency including Microsoft Office suite

Attention to detail and the ability to keep NSW Parts running efficiently

A hands-on attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
