About the role

We are looking for a night shift Supervisor to join our NSW warehouse team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager your primary function is to lead and drive the performance of the department forward ensuring aluminium products are loaded on to our trucks accurately, timely, safely and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

Manage team workflow by assigning and monitoring work in order to meet delivery schedules.

Control documentation at factory level and liaise with various departments for short picks, supplier issues etc.

Train and manage staff, creating a positive and industrious team culture

Be proactive in identifying process improvements and implementing positive change.

Be responsible for assisting their teams in all warehouse tasks when necessary

To always work with a "Safety First" discipline

Key Requirements:

Experience in quality control, health and safety

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and work shoulder to shoulder with your team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate outcomes within tight time frames.

Forklift licence

Experience using RF scanners

Experience using overhead cranes

Experience loading trucks
