As a leading provider in the linemarking industry, City Linemarking delivers high-quality marking solutions for car parks, warehouses, roads, and more. We also install essential safety products such as bollards and wheel stops. Our portfolio includes some of Sydney’s largest warehouse projects and a wide range of infrastructure developments.
We're looking for a motivated professional who excels at building relationships, converting leads into loyal clients, and managing accounts with care and precision.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Driving business growth through strong sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, particularly those with multiple sites across Sydney
Engaging with builders, asphalt contractors, civil companies, government bodies, and warehouse operators
Actively pursuing new business opportunities using provided leads, while also prospecting to expand our client base
Maintaining regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
Consistently meeting and exceeding set KPIs
Coordinating with clients and our linemarking crews to successfully manage and deliver projects

Our Ideal Candidate:
2+ years in a BDM role. Experience within the construction industry preferred however not required.
Previous B2B Development / Sales experience - A must!
Excellent communication, Influencing, presentation, time management, punctuality, productivity and organizational skills.
Proven track record of success in sales.
A stable work history.
Car & license. Car allowance provided.
