A fantastic opportunity to join a growing, secure and successful business. Blauberg Ventilation is one of Australasia’s leading HVAC manufacturers, and is offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Eastern Creek.
With a focus on the ventilation contractor and specifier market, you will get to use your sales skills to identify and develop sales with new and existing clients. You will help drive sales across our wide range of fans and ventilation products to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work to build a sales pipeline, identify opportunities and win new business in the Sydney market. Another key to our success is maintaining existing business, and ensuring that we continually deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Role overview:
Provide high level service and support to an existing client base and new clients;
Use your sales skills to gain appointments for formal presentations and product; demonstrations to existing and new clients;
Implement sales strategies to ensure sales targets & KPI's are achieved;
Assist to resolve customer product issues;
Maintain performance standards and operational processes to meet customer expectations and business needs;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities through the review of sales processes.
To secure this hands on role, you will need to have a proven sales background of at least three years experience in the construction industry. You will be able to quickly build strong customer relationships, and implement strategic growth to develop the business.
Previous experience in selling fans and ventilation products is preferred, but not essential as full product training will be provided.

Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook;
Ability to make compelling presentations to clients including trades people.
