The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team, oversee day-to-day operations, and uphold the high standards we’re known for. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-service venue with high-volume trade and a strong functions business.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the daily operations of a multi-service venue open 7 days a week

· Drive excellence in service delivery and guest experience across all touchpoints

· Manage and mentor a large FOH team, including section waitstaff, bar, hosts, and supervisors

· Oversee floor service, bookings, function execution, and bar operations

· Monitor venue performance and control costs, including labour, stock, and wastage

· Ensure RSA, WHS, and food safety compliance at all times

· Support the planning and execution of private and corporate functions alongside the events team

· Represent the venue on the floor during key trade times, setting the tone for service and culture

The Skills

· 3+ years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, or F&B leadership role

· Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-service operations with a diverse team

· Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and build a positive team culture

· Strong commercial acumen—comfortable managing service and financial performance

· Proficient in rostering, wage control, COGS, and stock management

· Level-headed under pressure with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

· Current RMLV certificate
