About the Company

Our Client has been producing single storey, double storey, dual occupancy homes, and house and land packages in Sydney for the last 30 + years, building over 300 homes annually. This builder has developed strong relationships with well-known industry partners to deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price.

This builder has an ongoing commitment to provide a high level of support throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages to their customers. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the construction team based in the Southwest region.

About the Role

Duties will include:

• Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover
• Liaising with trades and sub-contractors
• Checking material orders
• Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects
• Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time
• Undertake project quality assurance
• Manage defective work
• Complete detailed daily site diaries
• Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification
• Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's

What You Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly regarded
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Site Supervisor with a Project Home Builder or Developer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed orientated and a strong understanding of the NCC & BCA
• Current drivers license
