Makaan Builders, a trusted name in premium custom residential construction, is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Sydney. With a strong pipeline of high-end custom homes, we pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship and exceptional client service.

About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be expected to handle up to 15–25 projects at a time, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities and trades across multiple projects.

Monitor project timelines and ensure key milestones are met.

Provide weekly progress updates to clients.

Ensure all construction work is delivered to high standards of quality and safety.

Fix and address any items raised by our Quality Assessor during construction.

Manage site materials and subcontractor scheduling efficiently.

Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed reporting.

Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Ability to perform minor repairs and handyman tasks on site where needed.

About You:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor in custom residential construction.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Proven capacity to manage 15–25 residential projects simultaneously.

Sound knowledge of building codes, construction safety, and industry standards.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

Handyman experience or the ability to fix minor site issues independently is highly valued.

Proficiency in a South Asian language (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Nepali, Bengali) will be preferred, as the majority of our clients come from South Asian backgrounds.

Relevant trade qualifications or a construction management background.
