Roaming Site Supervisor with experience in Commercial Refurbishments /Fit Outs / remedial /Recladding /Waterproofing / Strata repairs etc

Our client is a highly regarded Façade Rejuvenation / Cladding replacement / Remedial Building Solutions Contractor who have been trading profitably in the ACT and NSW for over one hundred years.

They now employ over 150 Construction Professionals in their Canberra and Sydney offices - across several industry sectors. (Commercial / Remedial / Insurance / Design and Build).

Due to increased demand for their consultative ‘One Stop Shop” approach they have identified a need for an experienced Roaming Site Supervisor / Site manager who has experience in providing solutions to customers whose assets need Refurbishment /Maintenance Upgrades etc generally in the value range of $1m to $15m.

Reporting to a visiting Project Manager the person we are looking for will have:

1. At least three to five years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in Building Diagnostics / Asset management maintenance. (IE Cladding replacements / Concrete repairs / Waterproofing / resin Injections/ Façade replacement etc.)
2. Outstanding Oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing with the clients directly.
3. Experience in managing Home Owner Warranty Claims + Body Corporate / Strata Management challenges would be highly regarded.
4. Current First Aid certificate / Current Police Check / Current Drivers Licence.
5. Up to date knowledge across a wide range of products and services used in concrete repair, waterproofing, Joints and structural crack repairs, grouting, façade rejuvenation etc.
6. A proven history in being able to understand and provide solutions to customers with building fatigue issues- again you will be asked for examples at interview.
7. Extensive report writing skills- you will be asked for examples an interview so be prepared.
8. Checkable references.
9. Ability to pass a preemployment medical.
10. Ability to obtain a clean police check.
11. Experience in Procore /Hammertech etc would be advantageous.
